SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support SAP S/4HANA data migration and related data management activities within Deloitte’s GPS and SAP transformation practice. You will partner with business and IT teams to define source-to-target requirements and ensure data quality across migration cycles, including employee and asset lifecycle data. You will execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to align migrated data with finance, controlling, and reporting needs. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, HR infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization, depreciation, retirement history) * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting needs Tasks * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management activities * 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data * Ability to travel 25% on average * Bachelor’s degree * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
