SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s GPS practice. You will work with cross-functional teams to move and validate employee and asset lifecycle data, ensuring alignment with finance, compliance, and reporting needs. You will guide data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and cutover readiness across migration cycles. This role offers exposure to public sector transformation programs and collaborative delivery at scale, shaping how clients realize value from SAP solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, HR infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization, depreciation, retirement history) * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure migrated data meets business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting needs Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance * 3+ years experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management * 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * 3+ years experience in migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data * Ability to travel ~25% as needed * Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (now or in future) Key requirements *
