SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support SAP S/4HANA data migration efforts, collaborating with business and tech teams to ensure clean, accurate migration of employee and asset data. You help shape end-to-end migration workstreams within Deloitte’s GPS practice, contributing to government/public sector transformation programs. You’ll tackle data profiling, mapping, validation, and cutover readiness to deliver compliant, reliable data for finance, HR, and reporting. This role combines hands-on data work with cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise performance and digital transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation * Collaborate with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data such as worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and HR infotypes/objects * Migrate asset lifecycle data including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history * Perform reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting needs Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain required Secret clearance * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management * 3+ years of experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data within SAP data migration programs * Ability to travel approximately 25% Key requirements *
