SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive SAP-based transformation for government clients, leading data migration, conversion, and S/4HANA configuration to support federal credit requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure migration milestones, data integrity, and deployment readiness for a USDA loan modernization program. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results and building strong client relationships. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliation activities * Coordinate integration-related data requirements between SAP and the new USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones, issue resolution, and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * U.S. Citizenship required * 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA * 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and performing SAP data conversion activities * SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies * Ability to travel 0-25% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship Key requirements * benefits package * professional development opportunities * mentorship * inclusive culture * commitment to accommodations
