SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help drive SAP-based transformations for government programs, focusing on data migration, conversion, and S/4HANA configuration to support mission-critical operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver migrations, ensure data integrity, and enable deployment readiness for USDA and related federal programs. The work blends strategy, process design, and technology enablement to improve performance and enable digital transformation. You will engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data and system solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead data migration and conversion activities for a USDA loan modernization program * Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration for federal credit requirements * Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, and reconciliation activities * Coordinate data requirements between SAP and the new USDA loan system * Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to deliver migration milestones, issue resolution, and deployment readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * U.S. Citizenship required * 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA * 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and performing SAP data conversion activities * SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies * Ability to travel 0-25% * legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements * benefits package * competitive compensation * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities
