SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration initiatives for government and commercial clients, shaping how data supports transformation. You will work within the SAP business transformation services team to ensure data quality and alignment with business processes and reporting. You will profile, cleanse, map, transform, convert, and validate data across employee and asset lifecycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet cutover readiness. This position offers exposure to enterprise-scale programs and central role in delivering measurable performance improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migrations * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, HR infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization, depreciation, retirement history) * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to ensure data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting * Lead or contribute to project/workstream goals and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance * 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management * 3+ years profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data within migration programs * Ability to travel ~25% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
