Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Senior Consultant on Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, you drive customer transformation by shaping how marketing, sales, and service experiences come to life. You’ll lead requirements, design, prototyping, and testing to enable successful Salesforce implementations across clouds. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance client relationships and drive value. This role offers meaningful impact through complex CRM programs and a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout the project * Design functional solutions, prototype, and map processes and flows * Lead testing, training, and development of support procedures * Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds * Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality * Mentor and guide project workstreams and junior team members Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience; or Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in a technology field (or equivalent experience) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
