Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will apply deep EPIC Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions, working closely with client teams in a collaborative, consultative capacity. You support configuration, testing, and end-user training to ensure reliable system performance. The position emphasizes on-call Willow support within US business hours and on-site client engagement through Deloitte’s Project Delivery Model. You will help drive healthcare delivery projects, shaping solutions and enabling client success. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized EPIC Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic Willow modules per project needs * Troubleshoot EPIC Willow issues and validate system functionality * Conduct system testing and performance validation * Provide end-user training and support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * On-call Willow support during US business hours Tasks * Current EPIC Willow Certification * 6+ years of EPIC Willow analyst experience * Experience with implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and go-live support * Strong technical documentation skills * Ability to travel ~10% * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT discipline Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
