Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will bring expert EPIC Willow knowledge to drive the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions. You will work within a cross-functional team to configure, troubleshoot, and validate Epic Willow systems while supporting end-users. This is a consulting position with limited travel, focused on delivering reliable, well-documented configurations and effective client support. You will help shape project outcomes and system quality in a collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow expertise to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic Willow modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve Epic Willow issues * Conduct system testing and validation for functionality and performance * Provide training and end-user support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * On-call Willow support during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Willow certification * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in build/go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation * Ability to travel ~10% * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent experience Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
