Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, you drive Oracle Cloud security for ERP, HCM, and SCM by delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions. You lead security assessments, design access controls, and enable secure operations through Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You will manage multi-country programs, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to translate security strategy into actionable deliverables. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs (scope, budget, resources, quality oversight) * Guide teams to develop reusable accelerators and apply technology-enabled delivery methods for efficiency * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, deliverables, and transition to operations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * 6+ years of Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and managing teams, budgets, and resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ACCs, AFCs, FRCs) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
