Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role, you lead Oracle Cloud security initiatives within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, guiding governance, risk, and compliance efforts for ERP, HCM, and SCM. You design secure access and SOX-related controls, and help deploy Risk Management Cloud capabilities to ensure reliable enterprise operations. You will oversee multi-country programs, mentor teams, and partner with clients to translate security strategy into tangible outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role at scale with a focus on secure transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration. * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities, such as Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, and Financial Reporting Controls. * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs, covering workshops, scope, budgets, resources, and quality oversight. * Guide teams in building reusable accelerators and applying technology-enabled delivery methods to improve consistency and efficiency. * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, develop deliverables, and transition solutions into operations. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in related field and 6+ years Oracle security and governance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or across countries and leading teams, budgets, and resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ACCs, FCs, FRCs) * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
