MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES-oriented transformations for manufacturing clients as part of Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations. You’ll lead discussions with senior leaders, translate business needs into scalable MES solutions, and collaborate with architects to deliver complex projects. You’ll promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES offerings, shaping client value in a fast-paced consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with senior leaders on MES solutions * Gather requirements and translate them into MES functionality in collaboration with technical architects * Conduct functional and technical architecture analysis and design for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team setting * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years of experience implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and support * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and lead 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
