MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager, you help clients transform their manufacturing operations by delivering MES-based solutions. You will engage with senior leaders, translate business needs into scalable MES capabilities, and guide delivery through architecture and implementation. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to drive value across the supply chain using digital tech and analytics. This role offers the chance to lead transformative projects and mentor teams within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with senior leaders on MES opportunities * Capture requirements, translate to MES functionality, and collaborate with technical architects * Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, and design for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team setting * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specs development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and offshore/onsite delivery * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and guide improvements; lead 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
