MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive MES-based transformations for manufacturing clients within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You’ll engage senior leaders to shape MES solutions, translate requirements into scalable architectures, and guide delivery across complex projects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to apply digital technologies and analytics to improve manufacturing performance. This position offers impact across client value chains and opportunities to mentor teams while advancing Deloitte’s MES capability. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client senior leaders to understand MES needs * Capture requirements and translate them into MES functionality in collaboration with technical architects * Perform functional and technical architecture analyses for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in fast-paced environments * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities * Willingness to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * opportunities for professional development * inclusive culture * global consulting environment
