MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES-focused transformation for clients within a high-impact Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You will shape and lead scalable MES solutions using AVEVA technology, collaborating with senior leaders, architects, and delivery teams to improve manufacturing performance. You’ll manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment and contribute to innovative MES offerings that deliver measurable client value. This position blends advisory, architecture, and hands-on delivery in a global consulting context. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with senior leaders to discuss MES solutions and align on strategy * Lead requirements gathering and translate them into MES functionality with technical architects * Conduct functional and technical architecture analysis, research, and design for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team setting * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, data mapping, spec development, testing, delivery, and on/offshore delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; track record leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% depending on client and project; limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
