MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview You will drive MES-focused transformations for clients, shaping scalable solutions with senior leadership. As part of the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you translate business needs into architectural designs and lead delivery of complex MES projects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing and deliver value through AVEVA MES solutions and digital technologies. This role offers exposure to world-class supply chain capabilities and a path to influence client outcomes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with senior leaders to discuss MES solution options * Lead requirements gathering and translate into MES functionality with technical architects * Perform functional and technical architecture analysis, research, and design for MES * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team setting * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and support * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; led 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
