MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES transformations for clients in the supply chain space, shaping architecture and delivering scalable MES solutions. You will lead high-stakes discussions with senior leaders, translate business needs into MES functionality, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to implement and upgrade AVEVA MES solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to innovative MES offerings across the practice. This role offers meaningful client impact through digital technologies and analytics within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations team. Compensation / Benefits * Discuss MES solutions with senior leaders * Lead requirements gathering and translate them into MES functionality * Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, and design for MES * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team environment * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and onsite/offshore delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities * Led 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Willingness to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
