MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES-focused engagements within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations group, guiding clients through MES strategy and delivery. You will partner with senior leaders to shape MES solutions, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and oversee cross-functional delivery of complex projects. You’ll contribute to knowledge sharing and drive innovation in MES capabilities across the practice. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct discussions with senior leaders on MES solutions * Lead requirements gathering and translate into MES functionality, collaborating with technical architects * Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced, team environment * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years of experience implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and onsite/offshore delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; track record leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Willingness to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
