MES Solution Architect Manager

Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES business needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva including configuration, integration, deployment, upgrades * Direct project delivery activities from requirements, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and solving client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience with Apriso/Opcenter/Avaeva (Aveva) * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, data mapping, specs, configuration, testing, deployment, and on/offshore delivery * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
