Experteer Overview As an M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused deal work by evaluating IT environments, shaping integration and separation strategies, and driving execution across transaction milestones. You will lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you develop actionable roadmaps, Day 1 plans, and long-term technology outcomes. This role offers impact across high-stakes transactions and transformative programs. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across M&A cycles * Assess client technology environments, identify risks/dependencies, and propose Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans * Manage project plans, deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application stakeholders * Develop client-ready materials (assessments, operating models, roadmaps, executive presentations) * Coach junior team members, manage workstream execution, and support business development and practice-building activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or MBA with 4+ years relevant consulting/industry experience * 6+ years experience in M&A IT integration/divestiture service delivery * 6+ years experience leading IT due diligence, IT integration/separation/transformation workstreams * 6+ years experience assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating models in transactions * 6+ years experience developing integration/separation plans, TSA inputs, Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps * 6+ years experience managing project plans, deliverables, and executive status reporting * Ability to travel ~50% * Consulting or industry experience; MBA alternative: 4+ years consulting/industry experience Key requirements *
