Experteer Overview In this M&A IT Manager role, you guide clients through IT-focused merger, integration, and divestiture initiatives within Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions practice. You drive IT due diligence, define integration and separation strategies, and oversee multi-stakeholder execution across transaction milestones. You’ll deliver client-ready analyses, roadmaps, and executive materials while mentoring juniors and contributing to business development. The opportunity centers on shaping IT post-transaction capabilities and Day 1 readiness in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across M&A * Assess client technology environments, identify risks, and recommend Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans * Manage project plans, deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications stakeholders * Develop client-ready materials including assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive presentations * Coach junior team members, manage workstream execution, and support business development and practice-building activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 6+ years experience in M&A integration/divestiture service delivery within IT * 6+ years leading IT due diligence, IT integration, IT separation, or IT transformation workstreams * 6+ years experience assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in a transaction or transformation * 6+ years experience developing integration plans, separation plans, TSA inputs, Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps * 6+ years experience managing project plans, deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and executive status reporting * 6+ years consulting or industry experience; or MBA with 4+ years of consulting or industry experience * Ability to travel 50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel opportunities (~50% on average) * comprehensive benefits package
