Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will apply expert knowledge of Epic Willow to implement and optimize healthcare solutions within Deloitte’s Project Delivery Model. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and validate system performance. You’ll train users, document configurations, and provide on-call Willow support during US business hours. This is a consulting role with limited travel, focused on delivering reliable, scalable Epic solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow configuration and optimization for healthcare projects * Troubleshoot Epic Willow issues and ensure stable system performance * Conduct system testing, validation, and go-live support * Deliver user training and post-go-live support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * Serve as on-call Willow support analyst during US business hours * Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams * Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience with Epic Willow build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Proven ability to document technical details clearly * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Willingness to travel ~10% * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to work independently and in teams * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for recruiting process * opportunity to work with cutting-edge engineering capabilities * collaborative culture * professional development opportunities * travel-flexible consulting model
