Experteer Overview In a dynamic landscape, you drive Finance Transformation using Oracle EPM to support planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and analytics. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective EPM designs and deployments. You lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and coach junior staff to deliver high-quality solutions. Your work helps clients achieve accurate insights, AI-enabled improvements, and streamlined processes aligned with the firm’s finance transformation mission. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM engagements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics * Gather requirements and translate them into EPM solution designs, configurations, tests, and deployments * Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders through multiple implementation phases * Advise on finance process improvements enabled by Oracle EPM, data modernization, and AI-driven insights * Coach junior team members and support quality delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day engagement management Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or Oracle EPM implementations * 4+ years implementing Oracle EPM applications * 4+ years in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * 2+ years leading project workstreams or teams * Ability to travel 25-50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel opportunities * limited immigration sponsorship may be available * reasonable accommodations available
