SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Consultant for SAP business transformation, you drive end-to-end data migration on S/4HANA, aligning data with business and finance needs. You collaborate with business and IT teams to define source-to-target requirements and ensure data quality across cycles. You will handle employee and asset lifecycle data migrations, and support reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to meet regulatory and reporting needs. This role sits in Deloitte’s GPS practice, enabling public-sector clients to transform processes and data-driven outcomes with SAP solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Define source-to-target requirements with business and technical teams and resolve data quality issues * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, comp, time, benefits, HR infotypes) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation, retirement history) * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to align migrated data with business, finance, compliance, payroll, reporting Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of experience in SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management * 3+ years experience in profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data for SAP S/4HANA migration * Experience in migrating employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data * Ability to travel ~25% and obtain/maintain Secret clearance Key requirements *
