SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you enable SAP-driven digital transformation for government and public sector clients by driving data migration and quality across SAP S/4HANA programs. You work with cross-functional teams to define source-to-target requirements and ensure data readiness for finance, HR, and asset domains. You’ll lead or contribute to migration cycles, validation, and cutover activities to deliver reliable business outcomes. This is an impact-focused role at Deloitte GPS, enabling heart-of-the-business solutions through strategic data enablement. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation * Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles * Migrate employee lifecycle data including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and HR infotypes/objects * Migrate asset lifecycle data including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history * Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management experience * 3+ years profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data for SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data within SAP environments * Ability to travel ~25% and obtain/maintain Secret clearance for role * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future Key requirements *
