Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview As part of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, you help modernize finance functions for CFOs and senior clients. You’ll apply Oracle EPM FCCS expertise to deliver cloud-based close and consolidation solutions, guiding design, configuration, testing, and deployment. You work with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, recommend improvements, and ensure solutions align with transformation objectives. This role offers impactful, client-facing work that shapes clients into strategic business partners. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance processes and document requirements for solution design * Analyze current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, rules, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables based on stakeholder input and engagement findings * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement aligned solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation including FCCS or ARCS * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
