Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape the future of finance by delivering Oracle EPM FCCS solutions within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team. You’ll partner with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize finance functions, improve performance, and drive organizational change. You will apply analytics to current-state processes, design solutions, and guide implementations that align with client objectives. This role offers meaningful client impact, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to lead impactful transformation projects. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs and document requirements for solution design * Diagnose issues with analytical techniques and identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, rules, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables based on analysis and engagement findings * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement aligned solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting environment * Experience completing at least 1 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
