Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you will help modernize finance functions for clients through Oracle EPM cloud solutions. You’ll work on transformation engagements with CFOs and finance leaders, delivering FCCS-enabled close and consolidation capabilities and driving measurable performance improvements. You will collaborate across engagement teams and client stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize finance processes within a data-driven, tech-enabled Controllership and Treasury function. This is a client-facing role with impact on financial reporting, risk management, and strategic finance partnership. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with clients to capture finance process needs, document requirements, and contribute to solution design * Diagnose current-state processes using analytical techniques to identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables based on analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions aligned to transformation objectives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience delivering at least one full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or similar) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% on average Key requirements *
