Experteer Overview As a Senior EPIC Willow Consultant at Deloitte, you drive Epic Willow implementations and optimization for healthcare clients within a collaborative, on-site delivery model. You will configure, troubleshoot, and validate Epic modules, train end-users, and document systems to support scalable, high-quality solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs, balancing technical execution with strong communication. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot Epic system issues and perform system testing/validation * Deliver end-user training and ongoing support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * Serve as an Epic Willow support analyst with on-call coverage during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in application build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Demonstrated ability to document technical content clearly * Willingness to travel ~10% * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline (or equivalent experience) * Knowledge of ITIL processes (preferred) * Analytical, independent, with strong communication skills * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disability * travel flexibility (limited travel)
