Senior, SAP Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients maximize SAP investments and modernize trade and related business processes. You will apply design thinking to technology-enabled workflows, enabling scalable, compliant global trade operations and innovative solutions. You’ll work within Deloitte’s Global Trade practice to deliver SAP GTS implementations and support ongoing optimization, across cross-functional client teams. This is a high-impact, client-facing role with opportunities to shape trade automation and contribute to a growing SAP GTS practice. Compensation / Benefits * Assess existing information systems and identify gaps from business requirements during workshops * Deploy technology solutions to enable international trade management operations * Plan compliance and explore automated import/export solutions * Develop customized solutions and draft functional design documentation * Support new business processes in global trade, supply chain and related functions * Deliver implementation support for complex projects in fast-paced teams * Share expertise and contribute to Deloitte’s knowledge base * Contribute to growth of the SAP GTS practice globally Tasks * Minimum 5 years’ SAP consulting or industry experience * Experience implementing one or more SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference * Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations * Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 modules: SD, MM, LE * Bachelor’s degree in a legal, business or technology related field * Ability to travel up to 10% * Active accreditations or willingness to obtain (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent or other listed certifications) * Knowledge of export regulations ITAR/EAR is a plus * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in-person) Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Accommodations for people with disabilities * Broad range of benefits * Professional development opportunities * Mentorship and leadership opportunities * Flexible work options
