Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Oracle Cloud security programs within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, driving governance, risk, and compliance for ERP, HCM, and SCM. You will design access controls and support the deployment of Risk Management Cloud capabilities to enable secure, reliable operations. You’ll oversee multi-country initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to translate security strategy into actionable deliverables. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, SoD, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs with workshops, scope, budget, resources, and quality oversight * Guide teams in creating reusable accelerators and applying technology-enabled delivery methods for consistency and efficiency * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, deliverables, and transition to operations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * 6+ years of Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering multi-release or multi-country programs with team, budget, and resource management * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (AAC, AFC, FRC) * Ability to travel ~50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * professional development opportunities * mentorship * inclusive culture * growth opportunities
