Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Microsoft Azure and AI security engagements, shaping strategy, design, and adoption for large clients. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, including onsite and offshore engineers, to deliver secure Azure and AI solutions that align with client objectives. You’ll build governance and security playbooks, and automate guardrails across Azure platforms and AI services. This role blends technical leadership with business development to drive secure digital transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security engagements for Azure and AI security services, covering strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects as program leader, coordinating diverse teams to meet client objectives * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (OpenAI, ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) across development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, Terraform to ensure consistent guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in security consulting/design with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and experience leading proposals and delivery across concurrent projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations, with 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * 50% travel expectation * accommodations if needed
