Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Azure and AI security initiatives for large clients, shaping secure cloud architectures and governance. You drive multi-project engagements, mentor teams, and advance security across Azure AI services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that support digital transformation. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership position within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team, offering opportunities to influence security strategy and execution at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on large Azure and AI security engagements, covering strategy, design, implementation and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader/program manager, coordinating onsite and offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model scanning/governance, and secure deployment across Azure * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, POCs, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, client problem solving, and architecting/designing security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies; leadership of multiple concurrent proposals and projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations with 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing/implementing/assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * salary range consideration * accommodations for candidates with disabilities
