Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this Cloud Security Senior Manager role, you drive Microsoft Azure and AI security efforts for large client engagements. You’ll lead cross-functional security teams, guide strategy and implementation, and shape governance and secure deployment practices across Azure environments. The role blends project leadership with hands-on security design for Azure AI services, delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions. You will work inside Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team to advance secure digital transformation and client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on Azure and AI security engagements, including strategy, design, implementation and adoption * Coordinate multiple Azure and AI security projects in leadership and program management roles with onsite/offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) across development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance: encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, data security, secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, client problem solving, and architecting security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies and leadership of multiple concurrent proposals/projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations, plus 3+ years in consulting leadership focusing on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing or deploying security controls in Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud * Willingness to travel ~50% and ability to work independently or in teams * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * opportunity to work with leading Microsoft security technologies * global, cross-functional teams * focus on cutting-edge Azure AI security * career development and mentorship * flexible work environment (implicit)
