Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager, you drive Azure and AI security for complex client engagements, shaping strategy, design, and adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure Azure cloud and AI solutions, establish governance, and build automated security guardrails. You’ll influence business development, client relationships, and talent growth within the Microsoft Azure and AI security space. This role offers impact at scale, contributing to secure digital transformations for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams for Azure and AI security services across large client engagements, including strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects in project leader and program manager roles, coordinating onsite and offshore staff * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls covering encryption, access, data integrity, model governance, data security, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce consistent security guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, POC efforts, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, problem solving, and architecting security solutions with Azure and AI security technologies and leading multi-project delivery * 10+ years in enterprise security operations or architecture, plus 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing, implementing, or assessing security controls in Azure, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in identity and access management, network security, data protection, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% and eligibility considerations for immigration sponsorship * Preferred: Azure certifications (e.g., Security Engineer Associate, Solutions Architect Expert); experience with Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID; Azure OpenAI Service, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * opportunities for mentorship * various career growth opportunities
