SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support SAP S/4HANA data migration efforts, guiding data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and validation across migration cycles. You’ll partner with business and tech teams to define source-to-target requirements and ensure data quality for HR and asset domains. You’ll lead or contribute to data migration of employee lifecycle and asset lifecycle data, and help coordinate reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness. The position sits in Deloitte’s SAP transformation services within the GPS practice, offering impact on public sector programs and digital transformation initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver heart-of-the-business solutions that Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Collaborate with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, HR infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization, depreciation, retirement history) * Perform reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to align migrated data with finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain required Secret clearance * 3+ years of SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management experience * 3+ years of profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data within SAP S/4HANA * Willingness to travel ~25% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities * professional development opportunities * broad range of benefits * opportunity to work on public sector transformation * travel opportunities
