Job description
Experteer Overview You will lead HR transformation initiatives for public sector clients, focusing on implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and AI-enabled HR capabilities. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and stabilize large-scale HR tech deployments. The role emphasizes change management, governance, and scalable processes to improve workforce performance. You’ll work with multi-stakeholder teams to translate complex business needs into practical, compliant HR solutions with measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design, manage risks, and ensure policy alignment * Produce high-quality functional documentation and ensure disciplined delivery to minimize rework * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support for user adoption * Leverage knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance to guide decisions * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing to ensure timely delivery * Partner with public sector stakeholders managing large workforces to translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future * Preferred: experience across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in large public sector programs (10,000+ employees) and government/public sector deployments Key requirements * broad range of benefits
