Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Oracle EPM FCCS-based finance transformation engagements for clients, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize consolidation and close processes. You’ll diagnose current-state finance workflows, design solutions, and guide implementation, delivering measurable improvements in financial and operational performance. You work across cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with transformation objectives, applying Deloitte’s industry insights. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact finance transformations in a client-facing, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs, document requirements, and support solution design * Use analytics to diagnose issues, assess current-state processes, and identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and implementation for Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables based on analysis and stakeholder input * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions aligned to transformation objectives Tasks * Bachelor degree; 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% (variable by engagement) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
