Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive Oracle EPM FCCS transformations within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, helping CFOs and finance leaders modernize processes. You will work on advisory and delivery engagements, designing solutions and guiding implementation to deliver improved financial and operational performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, design configurations, and deploy FCCS-based close and consolidation solutions. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that emphasizes data-driven, tech Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance processes and translate requirements into FCCS/Oracle EPM designs * Diagnose current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities using analytical methods * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and project deliverables based on stakeholder findings * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to align solutions with transformation objectives * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting setting * Experience completing at least 1 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
