Job description

Experteer Overview In this M&A IT Manager role within Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions, you guide technology-focused transactions from due diligence to integration and separation. You will work on IT environments assessment, develop Day 1 and TSA plans, and steer multi-disciplinary teams across deal milestones. You’ll translate complex IT considerations into actionable roadmaps and executive materials. This position offers influence over how technology enables inorganic growth and divestiture outcomes, within a collaborative, client-focused culture. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across M&A * Assess client technology environments and dependencies to inform Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans * Manage project plans, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination with business, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications stakeholders * Develop client-ready materials such as assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive presentations * Coach junior team members, manage workstream execution, and support business development and proposal activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years experience in M&A integration/divestiture service delivery within IT * 6+ years leading IT due diligence, IT integration, separation, or transformation workstreams * 6+ years assessing enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model impacts in deals * 6+ years developing integration/separation plans, TSA inputs, Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps * 6+ years project management, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting * Consulting or industry experience; MBA with 4+ years acceptable Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program
