MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview As Manager for the D365 F&O offering, you will lead the design and delivery of Dynamics-based solutions grounded in business requirements. You’ll guide a delivery team through full implementation life cycles, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and support pre-sales activities. You’ll stay current on Dynamics 365 features and leverage nearshore/offshore centers to scale delivery. This role blends business acumen with technical and industry know-how to transform client finance and operations processes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a Deloitte delivery team to design and implement Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Capture and translate client business requirements into actionable designs * Provide leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) * Collaborate with functional and technical consultants and with internal/external experts * Support qualifying and presales activities * Maintain up-to-date expertise on Dynamics 365 capabilities * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services or within industry * 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle D365 F&O implementations * Experience in business requirement and design documentation * Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
