MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES architecture and transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations team. You’ll translate client MES needs into scalable designs across Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva, guide multi-phase implementations, and advise leadership on optimization opportunities. Expect collaborative, cross-functional delivery and a focus on measurable manufacturing improvements. You’ll contribute to Deloitte’s practice by sharing knowledge and solving complex client challenges. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership position in a fast-paced consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to capture MES business needs and translate them into scalable solution designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva platforms, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery across requirements gathering, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and solving complex client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 7+ years of MES experience with 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, deployment, and onsite/offshore delivery * Experience using analytics and metrics to quantify manufacturing improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Willingness to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
