MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you drive transformative MES initiatives within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations. You lead cross-functional discussions to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You steer end-to-end delivery, advise leadership, and contribute to practice development, shaping manufacturing operations with digital, analytics-enabled solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to capture MES requirements and translate them into scalable designs * Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery activities from requirements gathering to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development by sharing knowledge and solving client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
