Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for client implementations, shaping end-to-end integration design and delivery. You’ll collaborate with client teams, manage cross-functional engineering efforts, and ensure secure, scalable interfaces that meet business and technical requirements. You will drive quality through testing, risk management, and timely go-lives, while contributing to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice with reusable assets and coaching. This position sits within Deloitte’s GPS-driven HR Strategy & Technology mission to transform public sector HR through technology and AI. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment * Facilitate design discussions with clients and resolve complex integration challenges * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, including data mapping, middleware coordination, and security * Manage cross-functional technical teams and coordinate delivery across locations * Oversee integration testing, defect resolution, go-live, and post-production stabilization * Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with escalation and resolution * Contribute to the Oracle HCM Cloud practice with reusable assets and knowledge sharing Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
