MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you help clients transform manufacturing operations by designing scalable MES architectures on Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You lead client discussions, guide delivery across design, data mapping, testing, and deployment, and mentor teams to capture value from digital and analytics-enabled transformations. You work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable, high-impact MES solutions. This role offers opportunities to shape operations for a global client with a focus on efficiency and responsiveness. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES needs and translate into scalable designs * Design MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery from requirements gathering through post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * 7+ years of MES experience with 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specifications, configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience using analytics to measure manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
