Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s Cyber Identity & Access Management team to strengthen client security in a shifting threat landscape. You will implement and operate SailPoint solutions, including non-human identities, to enable resilient access governance across hybrid and cloud environments. You’ll translate business needs into IAM architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive secure, scalable identity programs. This role offers meaningful work at scale, shaping how organizations manage humans and AI agents as identity principals. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure connectors, workflows, rules, and components, including governance for non-human identities * Apply identity and access management engineering standards across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage scope and delivery * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and process improvements Tasks * 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions * 1+ years of experience leading technical teams or workstreams * 2+ years of experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
