Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview Join our Deloitte Cyber Identity & Access Management team to help clients secure the expanding world of non-human identities and AI agents. You will design, implement, and operate SailPoint solutions in complex environments, while governing both human and non-human identities. This role focuses on delivering secure identity governance, provisioning, and enterprise integration at scale, enabling clients to operate with resilience. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into solid IAM solutions and drive delivery quality. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components including non-human identities as identity principals * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and manage scope, timelines, and delivery quality * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities (lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, control improvement) Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture, engineering, or platform implementations * 2+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * inclusive culture * professional development opportunities
