Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will help secure clients by designing, implementing, and operating SailPoint-based identity solutions within complex environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical IAM/IGA designs, including non-human identities like AI agents and service accounts. The role focuses on governance, lifecycle, and secure provisioning to improve resilience and compliance. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components to govern non-human identities as identity principals * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage scope, timelines, and delivery quality * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvement Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture, engineering, or platform implementations * 2+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor in a relevant field (as per education requirement) Key requirements *
