Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this Security Engineer II role, you will help deliver secure identity solutions within Deloitte’s Cyber Identity & Access Management practice. You’ll design and operate SailPoint-based deployments for complex client environments, including AI and non-human identities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable identity governance and access controls. You’ll contribute to governance of human and non-human identities and drive delivery quality in a fast-paced setting. This position offers the chance to shape enterprise identity programs and work on cutting-edge AI identity security initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components for governance of AI agents and non-human identities * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, managing scope and delivery quality * Support governance and operations for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvement Tasks * 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years of experience leading technical teams or workstreams in IAM projects * 2+ years of experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations available
