Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you help secure client ecosystems by implementing and operating SailPoint-based identity solutions within complex environments. You collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable IAM designs, including non-human identities like AI agents. You’ll balance governance, provisioning, and certification with secure development practices to enable resilient access. This position offers a path to lead IAM engineering efforts in a rapidly evolving security landscape. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components to govern non-human identities as identity principals * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure SDLC practices across provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and plan delivery with scope and timelines * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management and certifications Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ year leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture or platform implementations * 2+ years integrating IAM/IGA with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities
